VICTORY" they say
NObamacare represents.
It represents an EVIL FAILURE, not a "VICTORY".
"VICTORY" would have been drafting, debating, and passing through both houses of Congress along straight party lines within 6 months of January 23, 2009. That is the correct use of constitutional powers as designed and practiced for the first 233 years of this REPUBLIC. This is how the FAILED socialist programs that are Social Security and Medicare were passed , with significant input and consent of the opposition party and the governed.
NObamacare is an EVIL FAILURE in that it used the worst combination of secretive, partisan, bribery-ridden parliamentarian obfuscations fraught with LIES at every step to gain approval of a bill that is clearly illegal with a process that had the appearance of being legal.
When have Congressional proceedings been peppered with threats of constitutional lawsuits for the process being used? What other law has been instantly challenge on constitutional grounds by 38 States Attorney Generals BEFORE the signature is penned?
FAILURE:
They FAILED, despite the super majorities, to pass this in a traditional, direct, openly constitutional fashion.
IN EVERY CASE, the votes were announced and timed to minimize the public's ability to react and comment on them.
PURE EVIL:
The process they were forced to use was PURE EVIL, relying on lies from the
CBO, lies from the President, LIES from the Speaker and especially LIES from the media. They IGNORED angry, even confrontational Town Hall Meetings, MASSIVE PEACEFUL PROTEST S ON SITE, TWICE, and shutting down of the Capitol communication system with protest calls. THEY IGNORED THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE.
When both houses drafted different bills, and Scott Brown won special election to replace the Grandfather of socialized medicine, Obama and the Socialist-
crats had to change tactics. When called on the carpet to fulfill the campaign promise of transparent debate on C-Span, a single monologue with Republicans present was declared a failure, and a different path pursued than has been used in any substantive legislation. The Slaughter of Rules was only dropped, not because of threat of constitutional grounds, but the arm twisting and bribing had succeed in a more direct path, and promises from the Senate and Barack Hussein on paper smoothed the path.
This had to happen AT ALL COSTS.
MORE FAILURE
It does not provide health care to those who could not get it. Every citizen and non citizen could already could get health care. It only changes who pays for it.
Half of the people in this country do not pay federal income taxes. They get to vote. They will not pay for this debt. The other half who pays taxes didn't need this. They will pay for others. The government is applying to each as their need, from each as their ability.
That is why it is NObamacare and NOT Obamacare. It's not about Health Care. It is about who pays for the private personal problems of others who can vote but do not pay. Oh...and then there's the TRILLION DOLLAR bureacrazy.
This is FIAT.
Evil has always identified an easy target for attack, then used this animosity to gain control over every aspect of the citizens life. Substitute "tobacco smokers" for "Jews". Substitute "Insurance companies" for "Jews". Substitute "the wealthy" for "Jews". Substitute "middle class" for "Aryan nation". The song remains the same. A new world order that will last a thousand years is implemented. Fascism is always implemented through a democratic process to legitimize itself, until such time the public becomes a nuisance and power consolidated, and opinion is no longer needed. Substitute "IRS" for "SS". Intimidation is the tactic. Try not paying your taxes.
The Socialist-
crats have clearly stated they are not interested and do not need your opinion. It's their money, and they will spend it all and then treble that.
Obama announced "This is what change looks like". I think this comment has an opposite effect than he was intending, except for those in
Obamatown that have already drank their
Kool-Aid.
Keep throwing gasoline on this fire Barrack Hussein. This tactic may have worked in Kenya, Indonesia, and Chicago.
It will not work in America. The country is re-discovering that this nation is named after the entities that formed the federal government, not visa
versa. THIS IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, NOT THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF D.C.
Killing Jews wasn't the object, it was a means to secure absolute power. His real goal was to conquer Russia. Health care isn't the object, it is a means to gain control of the capitalist economy and drive it to socialism. Saving the pensions of GM workers isn't the goal, it is a mean of socializing the auto industry. Solving the banking crisis isn't the goal, it is a means to socialize the credit system.
